I have discovered two things recently - number one, when planning to applique shapes, don't make them too small or intricate and number two, Australia produces fabulous films and we should be proud of this one in particular...

Samson & Delilah.  Don't miss it, it's brilliant.

Singlets with (small) applique for Ethan.

I haven't seen or heard about that film, so I'll have to keep an eye (when it comes onto DVD - we only get the big blockbusters as a rule)

I also learned that applique lesson recently. It's a fun lesson, isn't it? ;)

I almost got to go to a "babes in arms" screening of Samson and Delilah but it was too popular! I haven't seen it yet.
